The free calculator models a property using your assumptions. Results are estimates, not a guarantee of investment performance. It does not model income tax, appreciation, refinancing or sale costs. You are responsible for checking inputs and seeking any professional advice you need.
Rental Wire Plus
Plus provides account storage for up to 100 property analyses, comparisons of up to four properties or offer scenarios, annual rent-growth tables, rent and expense sensitivity tables, financing comparisons, deal stress tests and purchase-price targets. The subscription costs $10 USD per month and renews monthly until canceled. Checkout shows the final charge before you pay. Manage payment details and cancel through your account’s billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues through the paid period. Contact team@therentalwire.com for billing issues or refund requests. Any rights that apply under law remain in place.
Your account and property data
We store your account identifier, email address, property names and saved assumptions to provide account access and saved analyses. Your saved properties are private to your account. Clerk handles sign-in and Stripe processes payments; The Rental Wire does not store card numbers. Hosting infrastructure stores the analyses. The public site uses Google Analytics; calculator events do not include the financial inputs you enter.
You can delete saved properties in your account. To request account and associated data deletion, email team@therentalwire.com from your account address. We may need to retain billing records where required. Questions about privacy or access can be sent to the same address.
